Cassie's yoga classes are creatively designed around a new theme each week. This enables practitioners the opportunity to dig deep and explore different elements of their practice. Meditation and breathwork are an integrated part of each class (vinyasa, hatha, gentle, etc) and are used to help balance effort and ease.
Cassie's slackline classes are taught in the YogaSlackers style. Slacklining is the practice of balancing on a 1' piece of webbing in standing and various other asanas. Expect a mixture of balance, meditation, and play! These classes will help expand your movement practice and are great for community building. Cassie's arm balance and inversion classes/workshops are designed to help practitioners build a solid foundation. Learn to move past limiting expectaions while integrating strength, precision, and playfulness in your practice. Expect headstand, forearm balance, handstand, and a variety of arm balances!
Touch is one of the most powerful ways to learn about ourselves and others. Cassie offers Thai influenced hands-on assists during yoga classes, lessons and workshops. She also offers basic Thai body work, and Therapeutic Acro Yoga classes. These skills are offered during classes and in workshop style!
